Lefke is a town and municipality located at the Gulf of Morphou in the district of Guzelyurt in Cyprus.

The ancient city has Roman Amphitheatre, the Basilica and the ruins of the agora. In 1989 European University Lefke was founded in Lefke which is a public educational institution.
